will obviate a recurrence
of any difficulties and irregularities.
The original enclosures, which accompanied your
letter of
the 9th of March last, the return of which is solicited, are transmitted herewith. Those contained in your letter of the 23rd of June last were returned in the letter from this department of the 27th
