Should the Colony be willing to adopt
the Regulations as
amended, this Board
will be prepared to recommend Her Majesty
Council extending
to Hong Kong the provisions of Section 8 of
the Act above referred to.
It is requested that the draft copy of
the Regulations may be returned, and that a few copies of the reply
be sent to this
Department with the reply.
