to the Attorney General
(Mr O'Malley) for
his opinion:
and that he has reported
as follows: -
The Ordinances of
this Colony regulating the granting of Patents for Inventions and the Registration
of
Trade Marks are:-
"Ordinance No 14 of
"Ordinance N. 8 of
1862
1863
Ordinance N.16 of 1873.
Beyond furnishing the
above information for the
"Secretary of
I do not
see that this Colony
should make any arrangements
under the Act. It is not
quite clear what the phrase " mutual protection of
"Patents, Designs,
"Marks" means.
