(1). Read: A letter from Mr. PHILLIPS, applying that his Teacher's allowance may be increased.

(2). Read: A letter from the Superintendent of the Fire Brigade, requesting that a supplementary vote may be taken for the sum of $433.
The Committee recommend that the sum applied for should be voted, as the expenditure was necessary.
Roads, Streets, and Bridges.
(3.) Read: A letter from the Surveyor General applying for a vote of $100 for repairing a portion of the Volunteer Parade Ground.
The Committee recommend that the vote be approved.
