How I have been informed that a certain Dang a Chinen of Jai-ho-pin party (the witnesses) against the prisoners, is going to London by next steamer to persuade the Chinese Ambassador in England to insist again on having the prisoners delivered up to the Chinese Authorities and I thought it convenient to inform by this Your Excellency to caution the Secretary of State for the Colonies.
