That a Communication with a view to their being also surrendered at Hongkong be sent.

As therefore it appears that the Prisoners Yeung Jung Fai-osi and Yeung A-cou were also mentioned as appended in the original charge, and have been already arrested and confined, it is right that they should be surrendered to justice in company with the rest.

Accordingly I have the honour now to request that —

1. You will move His Excellency the Governor of Hongkong to give orders that the two men Yeung Sung Fai-fong and Yeung A-tau, together with the nine women Tsang Wing-hong and the others, be handed over to Colonel Faivre for conveyance to Canton, in order that they may be brought to trial.

A manifest manifestation of friendly relations will be afforded at the time of their being handed over if, as usual, orders are given that the prisoners be employed...
