On the other hand, Messrs McKinney, Hutchison and Caldwell object, on the ground of their having been confirmed, to have Mr May brought back to the final position which he occupied, which would displace each of the 4 one step.
I forward for your Lordship's consideration Memorials on this subject, one from Mr May, and the other from Messrs McKinney, Hutchison and Caldwell, and also a Memorandum by Mr March giving full explanations of the circumstances under which these several officers have been employed in the Central School.
