About 15 per cent of the Public money
is Naval money
for Naval expenditure in the Colony
it is required
in three Dollar notes. Dollar notes are
found to be obtained in sufficient quantity, and the "Chop" dollars
are cut and lose. The small change about to be received I believe
occasionally does not affect
the question of Dollar quotations as they cannot well be
substituted
