Mr. Archibald Ross Colquhoun's explorations

quarter of the globe cannot fail to promote the trade of Hongkong; seeing also that he is acting
under the auspices of
the
Government of British India,
to
grant him a
grant of three hundred pounds (£300)
A similar sum has also been
voted by the Hongkong Chamber
of Commerce.
