The two latest despatches came a day before the others, they came by the French mail.
Mr Marsh. Sensibly I say to me, and these copies to the JEO. and that Lord Derby proposes to approve what has been done by the acting government to offer the Admiralty to send a ship of war to Hong Kong to replace those which have gone to Canton,
