I think there is nothing libellous in the leading article referred to.
But the paragraph is libellous imputing to W3Orice that he is accused or suspected of dishonest and dishonourable conduct and in effect charging him with ar... aricusing contracts for considerations other than the public interest and in fact for his own interest.
