I did not recommend the transfer of the two remaining pupils to the Central School, as it would entirely upset the arrangements there. The best thing to do would be to give the young one month's pay after closing the Normal School, and leave them to find themselves employment, for it is highly improbable that in a year's time there will be vacancies for teachers of the emolument of $25 a month as promised by the Government at
