Agreement with the
Great Northern Company in 1870.
The terms of the Agreement reserve the right to the Government of granting other Concessions hereafter, if thought necessary, although it is not contemplated at the present moment to exercise such right.
The Government also reserves the right to approve of the places between which the Land telegraph Cable is to be laid and the posts and wires are to be Erected.
