(d) to direct all such correspondence to the Inspector of Schools, Stingling.

6. The holder of the Scholarship will cease to be entitled to draw any money if he fail in any of the said requirements.

7. His salary will be paid quarterly by the Crown Agents, Downing Street, to the holder of the Scholarship on his presenting a letter from the Principal to identify him.

8. Passage will be paid to England by the Government. Return passage will also be paid if nothing shall have occurred to disqualify the holder of the scholarship.

9. The holder of the Scholarship will not be allowed to remove to any other College or Institution until the Examiners' approval shall have been obtained, by application through the Inspector of Schools;
