chow, and last, not least, that on his return from Shanghai, Dr. Doberck repair to Manila for the purpose of Establishing relations with
the Astronomical and meteorological Observatory there.

his own series of observation and correspondence, and that similar negotiations be entered into by Dr. Doberck with the Heads of the Imperial Maritime
