Cholera. There have been 463 cases of that disease since the date of the despatch referred to, although the sick and others at the Quarantine ground have suffered severely from the recent inclemency of the weather, in the absence of all proper shelter. I shall, of course, push forward immediately the construction of a Lazaretto, which (as I have already said) is urgently required by common regard indeed by common feelings of humanity.
