Accommodation is required for 700 day scholars as follows:-
7 large classrooms to hold 40 boys each. 14 small class rooms to hold 30 boys each N.B. each large Class Room should if possible open into two small class rooms being separated from them by wide European glass doors to enable one teacher to supervise two Chinese Assistant teachers.
1 small class room to hold 20 scholars for the Head Master's class and for the instruction of pupil teachers 1 Lecture Hall; as the Hall will be used for roll-call the approaches to it should be easy from the class rooms.
