Larp Sick List therefore means seriously weakened garrison distance from which the great base of supply ought to make the Authorities specially careful to word, so that the argument for the need of these examinations to prevent disease, has greater force here than at Stone.

It is among the Inmates of Brothels, which escape Police regulations, that the disease chiefly abounds, and if all the prostitutes were to be free from examination it is not difficult to conjecture what the result would be. Therefore for the sake of the women as well as men, I am of opinion that the compulsory Examination should be continued.
