be raised hereafter when the existing balances shall have been expended; and that, in the meantime the

necessary sums should be advanced from balances to be refunded from the loan when raised.

the Colonial Government,

sanction.

With regard to

the sanitary works referred to

in the enclosures, and for

which the necessary Funds have

been sanctioned, we shall address

Your Lordship in separate

despatches by this week's and in

next week's mail. These works

are
