That on a kiai died intestate at Hong Kong on the 24th day of November 1882, leaving property to the value of about $2
That Thomas Young died intestate at the Government Civil Hospital on the 16th day of August 1882, leaving property to the value of about $10.
That no one applied for the said goods and Effects or taken out Letters of Administration.
Wherefore Your Petitioner prays that on account of the small amount of property left in each case the Court would be pleased to authorize him to sell the said effects by Public Auction before taking out Letters of Administration.
