I am directed by His Excellency the Governor to inform you that the answers which you have given to the charges which were communicated to you by letter No. 936 of the 1st instant, are not in the Governor's opinion satisfactory; and I am to apprise you that at 2.30 PM. on Wednesday, Mr. V. Lam Sak-mi, Clerk, while the Council is sitting, shall be called upon to defend himself.
