It seems from parag. 5 of 10811 that Chinese members of the Police Department perhaps pretty frequently receive bribes; it is therefore desirable that when proved, they should be punished severely.
Speak to Mr Bramsk. I am not quite satisfied that Lam Pak-mi has defended himself properly.
