days as soon as the Governor's Trail
Bag has been closed which generally
happens at least two hours
before
the
General mails are closed.
As both Ms. Fravers and M.
Rozario of the Colonial Secretary's Office
will have extra work thrown on them
by this arrangement and
may
have
to attend after Office hours and on Sundays, I propose that the
one
pi(c)e
of the office vacated by the former be
provisionally divided
Equally
between
the two. This is in accordance
with the Regulations.
