I have the honour to forward the usual Returns with regard to this Gaol for insertion in the Blue Book for 1882.
The Returns are:-
1st Gaol and prisoners Hong Kong, 1882.
2nd Return shewing the number of prisoners in Victoria Gaol on the last day of each week of the year, 1882.
3rd Classification of offences for which prisoners were committed to Gaol during the year 1882.
