The Council are of opinion that the answer is not satisfactory and that O'Donnell should be called upon to show why he should not be suspended from office in terms of the Colonial Regulations and in reply to questions put by the Attorney General, he wishes his case dealt with at once, and repeats the statement he made before the Acting Superintendent of Police on the 19th ultino.

O'Donnell is then directed to withdraw.
