at about & Flock while I was at work in the chapel, Jeaw mr O'Donnell come from the Remand Ward and seeing him talking to some other prisoners who were in a cell; he ordered him away. I then went close by to continue my work... no notice and nothing more.

I'Donnell come from the Remand Ward and seeing him talking to some other prisoners, he ordered him away. He went away followed by Mr O'Donnell who proceeded down in the chapel, and then I saw the Turnkey kick him. I spoke to the Turnkey and prevented him from renewing the assault. I think the wounds on his face are the result of the Turnkey's kicks. I did not see the prisoner strike the Turnkey.
