In the return now forwarded the amount standing to the credit of the Special Fund, which has been closed, is included. ... through oversight in the return for year at December 1887 the arrears due to the Imperial Post Office for the years 1880 and 1881 were omitted.
I believe that the Statement now sent includes every Assets and liabilities.
