With reference to the Kowloon seawall and embankment under construction at the expense of Messrs. Sassoon and others, and the large gap that divides the two halves of these important reclamations as shown marked in the accompanying tracing marked A, which gap the Government has had in contemplation since 1881 to convert into a Police basin.
