The Council advises the immediate appointment of a permanent Sanitary Board of three members without pay, and of a paid sanitary staff, in accordance with the proposals contained in scheme B of No. 490 of 1883.

The Council advises the Sanitary Board be instructed to frame and submit for the consideration of this Council
