of that of 17 March 1874. Meanwhile I have

left the question of pension open

in the conditions that

the policemen about

to be enlisted will be

required

to sign, and

the Crown Agents

and Inspector

Frey particularly to

impress upon the men

that they will not be

entitled to pensions
