My Lord,
Having now held the Office of Registrar of the Supreme Court for one year, I beg respectfully to lay before Your Lordship the following statement respecting the duties and responsibilities of that office and the salary attached thereto.
Besides the duties devolving upon him as Registrar strictly so called, and to which I shall hereafter allude, he is, in virtue of that office, Official Assignee of the Court of Bankruptcy and Official Administrator.
