will e 22 of the Grant-in-Aid scheme in which I
recommend to have marked in red ink all the
additions to the list of special subjects
there given after Bookkeeping and
tailoring, and to increase the value
allowed for all special subjects by
granting double the sum at present
allowed in each case mentioned
in Article 22. Firstly the printers
error in clause 4 of Article 29, where
the word "cap" stands for "extra"
expenditure also erection, and in the
clause the word "clause" might
be substituted for "Article"
are alternatives I wish to recommend
as above.
I have the honour to be,
Sir,
Your most obedient servant,
(a) [illegible]
E.J. Inspector of Schools.
