vice under articles, is in the Case of Attorney's Clerks who have been bona fide engaged in the business of Attorney's Office in the Colony for 5 years, reduced to 3 years.
It can hardly be said therefore that full service under articles of Clerkship to an attorney at law for the space of 5 years at least is required previous to admission, save only in the case of persons previously admitted in England.
With the exception mentioned above, persons who fulfil the conditions specified in section 1 of the Colonial Attornies Relief Act, Attornies and Solicitors of the Superior Courts of England are admitted as Attornies and Solicitors in the Supreme Court of this Colony, on producing their English Certificates without service or examination in this Colony.
