Announced in Lord Kimberley's despatch of 12th July 1881, by my Predecessor, that the existing Ecclesiastical allowances should be discontinued as the offices of the present recipients become vacant.
2. I request you to inform the Petitioners, after carefully perusing their representations, that after considering them, I do not feel myself justified in reversing the decision arrived at by my predecessor after full consideration of the circumstances of the case.
The changes made include: 1. Rejoining broken sentences 2. Correcting spelling errors (`Predeceson` -> `Predecessor`, `coverdesing` -> `considering`, `predecesso` -> `predecessor`, `Care` -> `case`) 3. Fixing spacing issues and removing extra spaces 4. Formatting in HTML using `` for paragraphs. 5. `at by my Predeceson` -> `by my Predecessor` (minimum alteration to make the sentence complete and grammatically correct)
