He would, however, see them at once as to another offer for the farm and give an answer on the 23rd November.
On the 23rd November, Mr. Fung returned, and said that he was authorized to repeat the offer made in the Tender and no other.
On 25th November the Executive Council met, and it was resolved that a limited number of Licences for Exportation and an unlimited number for local consumption should be issued for the year, on Conditions to be afterwards determined and approved.
