As now the Fook Loong, Tai Wo Loong and the three Yuen shops have agreed to prepare or boil opium for the Man Wo Sang Company if the Sun Yee shall sue the Fook Lai and Sew Yee three shops.
On account of the original agreement for preparing opium the same shall be decided by the Judge for what Company they ought to prepare opium for. The Fook Lai, Sew Yee three shops must abide by that decision and all Court expenses must be borne by them. The order of the Judges be obeyed and neither party shall raise any dispute.
All opium cases must be delivered to the Fook Lai, Sew Yee three shops by the Man Wo Sang Company to be prepared.
The three shops must be responsible for any loss in case any fire shall happen within their shops, it is the business of the preparers, but in case of water, fire or any loss caused by thieves, it is the business of the Man Wo Sang Company.
17.
The unexpired term of the License for preparing opium at Macau held by the Wo Kee Company shall be made over to the Man Wo Sang Company if the same shall be found to really belong to the Wo Kee Company and to the Wo Hee.
If hereafter the Wo Kee Company shall obtain the License at Macau, the same shall be conducted in the same manner until the License shall expire. All gratuities and salaries expended at Macau, a detailed account shall be made out and settled hereafter at the meeting.
