remaining 10 per cent shall be paid to See Sing Kai of the See Sice Company to be distributed by him as he may think proper.
All the persons conducting the business of this Company shall be nominated and appointed by the Managers; they shall be competent to give a guarantee before they enter into their duties; they shall not be recklessly employed and whatever their emoluments shall be, the same shall be defrayed by the Company. Any employé infringing the rules of this Company shall be dismissed and removed by the Managers.
14. All the buying and selling business of the Man Wo Sang Company shall be conducted by Nan Chew Wai and others who shall consult and conduct the same with (the members of) the Wo Kee Company, but as the business of preparing or boiling opium by the Man Wo Sang Company is carried on with the capital of the Man Wo Sang Company, Nan Chew Wai and others must consult and carry on the same in conjunction with the Wo Kee Company.
15. Hereafter if the Company shall desire to embark in other branches of business, a meeting of Directors shall be called to discuss the matter and if approved of, this Company shall subscribe the capital and whether profit or loss it shall be borne share for share alike.
