or the We Kee Companies in case anything of importance shall occur shall be considered and decided upon.
The doing of which shall be put into force at a meeting of Directors. The Directors shall appoint Managers to conduct all the ordinary business.
The Company shall be conducted by these Managers. In case the Managers shall differ in their opinions they shall call a meeting of the Directors to discuss and decide.
In case a Director shall be absent from Hong Kong at such meeting, his agent present shall consider and decide for him. And if anything remain unsettled at such meeting of Directors, a meeting of the shareholders shall be called and a majority of the shareholders holding a majority of shares shall decide the matter and such decision shall be final.

The sum of $9,600 per annum shall be paid by this Company as gratuity and the same shall be handed to Tan Thun Wai to be distributed as he shall think proper.
And this Company also pays the sum of $9,000 per annum as gratuity and the same shall be paid to See Kai Sing and others of the We Kee Company who shall distribute it as he (or they) shall think proper. And out of the profits of this Company, a bonus of 20 per cent shall be set aside, 10 per cent of which shall be paid to Non Chun Wai (or Hap) and to be distributed by him as he shall think proper.
