decided that there are seven shops which have undertaken to boil opium for the Jan I Co. they shall not pay license fees for boiling opium for export but should any one of them be desirous to retail opium in his own shop
the shop is desirous to retail opium must pay a license fee of $30 per month
It is fairly fixed that those shops are permitted to boil opium for retailing each shop shall not be allowed to boil more than two (2) balls per day, and in addition to the Licence fee a fee of $1 for every ball sold shall be charged by the Sun I Company, and for any shop to boil more than the two permitted balls a fee of $1 shall be charged for every extra ball
the above rate is passed under these present Arms. In the next term regulations regarding the retailing of prepared opium may again be fixed in a different manner
shall be requested to consider the rate or regulations as permanent established rules

the Company, at the expiration of the present licenses it shall be necessary for all retailing shops to give up prepared opium in their hands to the An I Company, the price of which will be publicly assessed by The Company
