Article 14th is agreed that three accountants shall be employed by the Sun Company, of the three accountants, two shall be recommended by Tung Company and one by Yan Wo (for looking after the accounts).
Whereas also the three accountants employed (to look after the accounts of) by the Tung and Hop Company and one accountant (appointed to look after the accounts at) shall be employed by the Man Company. In case the hands (Accountants) bring funds insufficient then more hands shall be employed by Tung Company (etc.) and Man Company (etc.) after a meeting by the two companies. The salary or remuneration shall be paid by the Company who employs him or them.
Should the employees or accountants be found to have made use of the Company's money and be unable to make good the same, he or they shall be held responsible for the money's made and the Company shall recommend him or them.
Article 13th here as the box keepers (Men etc.) Companies are... This and Hop Company and by Agreement it shall be understood that in case it be deemed necessary, he shall be employed to assist in the general management of the Company's affairs.
When they are employed by Tung Company and when they are employed by Man Company, they shall take charge of their accounts and be considered responsible for their accounts.
