The number of licensees now boils down to three shops of the Company, viz., the Fook Lung, Lai Kee and Chin Sung. These shops are secured by $5000 bond with three securities, namely, Messrs. point and Deveral, and they English boiling in a factory of their own under Government supervision, about 3 chests a day. They have not been however, and they are very disappointed at the success of the Government Scheme.
