Companies here are in a worse position than English Companies. They further submit to His Excellency that they have the publicly expressed opinion of the Attorney General in reference to the Companies Ordinance 14 of 1881 that the Colonial Legislature should try and keep pace in matters of this sort with the Imperial Parliament.
