I consider that the removal of an old building of the school to a new site and a larger building may at any present rate in the Colony be considered to fully fall within the scope of the Building Grant regulations, in that in calculating the amount of grant to be given, the value of the old site and building should most certainly be deducted from the actual cost or expenditure of the work; and that the second site should also be taken into account.
