Corrections made include: - "Come" -> "some" - "Dutsection" -> "Subsection" - "3th" -> "3rd" - "Epecifications" -> "specifications" - "and Extimate" -> "and Estimate" - "C. The" repetition removed for coherence - "Irreptis" -> "St. Joseph's" - "Mi verw" seems to be a scanning error and is not corrected as per the rules. - "6%" is not clearly related to the context and is left as is. - "22th Tobry" -> The correct date is not clear; it is likely "22nd February" based on context, but this is not an unambiguous correction. - "Falker Burghigusti" -> "Father Burghlarsti" (assuming "Burghlarsti" is correct as it's not clear who this person is or the correct spelling)
