The site cost $5000, the building $22,572.22.
The mission had a fund for the new College of $12,000 which was expended in the building. The rest of the money due for the building was borrowed from certain funds but it must be repaid back in the space of a few months. The title is in the names of the Right Reverend Bishop Raimondi. The trust deed is difficult to be made as we have the trustees and we accept all the required conditions. But before going into particulars for making out the trust deed we should want to have an answer to my letter of the 13th February 1882, especially concerning the last part of it.
