To Excellency the Governor in a more definite shape - As, in their opinion, this can only be done by Enlisting to Its Excellency the Governor the draft of the Trust Deed in question, I now beg, once more, to request you to forward to me draft of the Trust Deed which you propose mutually to Execute.
