In pursuance of the Minute of
the 20th ultimo,
I have the honour to submit for the decision of His Excellency the Governor the following propositions arising out of the Rev. Father Burghignoli's application and out of the correspondence.
Question I.
Is it a fact that the site, plans, estimates and specifications of the College Buildings, now in course of erection, have received the approval of His Excellency the Governor?
