viz. whether or not the Son is in a position, now before anything further has been done with the building, before the certificate required by paragraph 6 of Rule 29 can be produced to give any assistance towards the construction of the School buildings or to what amount in round numbers a grant can hereafter be given.

On this point I cannot support your application because the provisions of Rule No.29 do not appear to me to warrant my making any recommendation on the subject, but your application will be duly laid before His Excellency the Governor for his decision.

7. As to your reference to a grant to be made, not under the Grant-in-aid Scheme but in some other form, I confine myself to remarking that such an application, if you decide upon preferring it, will have to be addressed direct to the Governor.
