2. As regards your letter of the 7th ultimo, I can inform you that it was duly submitted to his Excellency the Governor on the 10th ultimo and the matter is under his consideration.
3. But it will once more be laid before His Excellency together with your letter of 13th instant and with any further correspondence arising out of it when I am in a position to submit to the Government the questions involved in your application in a definite shape.
4. To enable me to do so, I would ask you to say to me with a copy of the draft (which you say could be submitted) of the Trust Deed you propose eventually to execute. You might also forward to me at the same time a copy of the draft of the title deed to make the case so far complete.
