have to be submitted for approval shows that the application for
a
Building Grant should be made at an early stage,
while there is still opportunity
to amend.
The Trust Deed can be submitted in draft, but it would be a useless expenditure to execute a Trust Deed under the Grant in aid scheme without knowing, if Government so far approves of the School, that a grant will be made, although the exact amount
have to be ascertained
may
later on.
There is only one
difficulty
about the Trust Deed. Under
paragraph 5 of Rule 29 it
must declare the premises
"to be
held in trust for educational purposes, and
other purposes
It must provide for the legal ownership of the premises
and for the Inspection and management of
the school
in accordance with the principles of the Grant Scheme.
I am quite prepared
